The Bower

"We have been living at The Bower for over a month now and it is wonderful! Not only is the apartment itself stunning - the people make it great too! Everything is brand new, beautiful shared spaces, and a nice rooftop. Neighborhood Director Alex is incredibly sweet and prioritizes the needs of her residents! I have come to her with a variety of concerns and always feel heard. She is also extremely thoughtful. Her last name is Allgood and she really does make sure her residents are all good. Gigi is a great Neighborhood ambassador too! Very understanding and attentive. From the moment we toured to now, it has been great! Even though the parking is a slight inconvenience at times, there are many pros to staying here!"

"The Bower is an amazing complex in Burlingame near Broadway and close to Downtown Burlingame. The units are beautiful with floor to ceiling windows, beautiful cabinets and counters, and the amenities are breathtaking. Seriously, the photos online do not do them justice. Come take a tour and check it out in person, you will not regret it. The team here is also extremely kind, helpful, and works quickly to meet your requests. I have to say, I was originally deterred because of how close to the freeway it is, but the noise level is minimal, and sort of helps lull me to sleep like a white noise machine would. I like to think of it as my moving modern art piece. :) I have quickly fallen in love with the place."
