"I must say, my experience at Pacific Place Apartments has been truly exceptional. From the moment I began the leasing process to my current stay, I have been nothing short of impressed by every aspect of this place. First and foremost, the complex itself is absolutely stunning. The grounds are meticulously maintained and provide a lush, urban oasis that creates a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The modern architecture adds to the overall charm of the complex, making it a truly visually pleasing place to call home. Not only is the physical environment top-notch, but the management team is also beyond compare. Edgar, the property director, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. His friendly and professional demeanor, along with his willingness to address any inquiries or concerns, truly sets him apart. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly and efficiently, ensuring that living here is completely hassle-free. The management team's dedication to creating a strong sense of community and ensuring resident satisfaction is truly commendable. One of the aspects I value most about Pacific Place Apartments is its prime location. Being situated next to San Francisco and Daly City means that everything I could possibly need is just a stone's throw away. The convenience of being near major highways and public transportation makes commuting an absolute breeze. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment complex to anyone in search of a comfortable, hassle-free, and thoroughly enjoyable living environment. Trust me, you won't be disappointed."

"Moved out 2 months ago. Not sure if anything has changed since but this was my experience. Pros: - Nice, clean apartments with high ceilings and big windows so lots of sunlight and space - Good closet space - In unit washer/dryers - Package lockers (for a $$ cost) - Pet friendly - Each unit got 1 free secure parking space in the garage - Located in the sunnier, warmer parts of Daly City/borderline SF - People living there were really friendly Cons: - Changes management every couple of months. We were there 1 year and they changed management and staff at least 4 times - Issues with package theft especially when the apartments were being shifted to new management. Amazon doesn't always leave packages in the lockers either. - At least in our apt, minor issues with some design parts of the apartment: cabinet doors that only open halfway because the handle hits a wall, spice rack would hit the stove handle, etc. - No 24/hr support/maintenance. When you get locked out after hours or on weekends, good luck finding a locksmith. Our door wouldn't lock once because it broke and it took them a week to fix - Things break often and don't get fixed in a timely manner. Our elevator was broken for over 2 months before it got fixed. Garage door got stuck and wouldn't open for a whole weekend once - no cars could come in and the cars inside couldn't leave either. It was a nice place to live in for a while but after a while it got pretty frustrating. Miss the big windows though! Edit: Fixed a typo. However this review was originally posted in June 2022"

"Worst renting experience of my life. I used to live there 6 months ago and thankfully I moved. The apartments get extremely hot for half of year. I got a heat stroke twice while sitting in my apartment ! My pets struggled as well. If you have children definitely take that into account. Other than the extreme heat the area is noisy, dangerous, and you can always smell weed. The staff ignores many of your requests and can be very rude. They made of the neighbors cry once because of how rude they were to her. During the winter months you can hear loud noises coming from the piping within the walls and I mean very Loud that you can barely sleep. I’m so glad I moved!"

"My experience here at Pacific Place has been pleasant over the course of 4 years. Management has always been very easy to work with and attentive when I am in need. The maintenance team has always been on top of my requests no matter how big or small. The entire staff is hardworking, professional, and communicates in a timely manner. My neighbors are friendly and I do not seem to experience any complaints or problems. Overall, I'm very satisfied and feel welcomed. I appreciate all of the Pacific Place staff. P.S. If residents do their part it would be a much better place!"

"I initially came across Pacific Place on Craigslist, I liked what I saw an gave them a call. When it comes to a place you are thinking of calling home, first impressions are especially important. I was warmly helped by Lorenzo the building manager. He made me feel welcome and comfortable, I called on a Friday and came to look at the building the following Monday. The apartment building is only 9 years old, has huge windows everywhere and is very spacious; I fell in love and left knowing I wanted to live here. It has been a little over a week now since I moved in and I love it more and more everyday. Everyone in the building is nice, I love the gated garage, and the MICRO CLIMATE is even sunnier than the Mission SF! Every and all the help I’ve needed assistance with has been so graciously resolved by the building manager Lorenzo, he has made the whole process so smooth and enjoyable! This building is truly a gem."
