Summit at Sausalito

"I had a great time at the Summit of Sausalito. The staff is great, they are very hard workers and are always willing to help whenever I needed them. Nothing but good things about this place. Has an amazing scenery and great trail to take morning strolls."

"I have lived here 2 years. This community is absolutely amazing! Friendly people, excellent staff, and not to mention the views and weather. The units are nice and include washer/dryers. If anything needs to be fixed, the maintenance team does it the next day, especially Calvin Johnson. I will not be moving anytime soon."

"BEWARE. Greystar is the company that runs and owns Summit is horrible. When you call you it goes to a call center in AZ. They will not transfer you over to the actual location, they just take a message and you never hear back. You must go to the office if you need to speak to anyone. Lydia is very nice. The rest of the place is a mess. Stairwell broken for 6 months, Leaky roofs etc. Our neighbors across had Tweakers living next to her and it took 5 months before they were evicted. The walls are very thin here. I could hear when my neighbors was using the restroom... gross. It was actually so bad that Im paying over 2k because we moved out 3 weeks early!! We moved out because the noise level was so bad. They're building a new massive APT complex down the hill as well that will cause more of a mess for this neighborhood unfortunately. Good luck"
