"Going into it, I didn't have high expectations renting from here, but unfortunately it was worse than I thought it could get. Donna and the process of getting out equipment rented went very smoothly. It only turned bad the day before our wedding when they were scheduled to arrive with our tent, tables, chairs, lights and heater. The scheduled start time was for 10am and the scheduled end time was for 1pm. I was under the impression they would be there at 10 and be done by 1, leaving me and my family/friends plenty of time to set up for our wedding the next day. However, they didn't show up until 1pm. I had to call them at 12pm because I wasn't sure if they were showing up because it was raining a little in the morning, they just told me they "should" be on their way. I wasn't even upset about anything at this point because like I said, it was pretty drizzly out. Once they got there, they started setting up the tent. I was happy to see they were getting it up, despite fighting some wind. But after they set the tent canopy, they told me they weren't going to set up the tent side walls I ordered with it because it was too windy.....at this point it's 4pm. They said they could come back tomorrow morning (the day of our wedding) to finishing hanging the side walls and the string lights we ordered. When I asked when that would be exactly, they said "I should roll out of bed around 7:30, so probably around 9:30". But that they could leave us the tables and chairs so we could at least set them up where we wanted. Our wedding was literally a tent wedding. Meaning all our decor, food, everything was happening inside the tent. We planned on setting up everything the day before our wedding. Not only did we not have the time the next day to come back and set up everything, but the agreement was that our rented items were to be set up and delivered on the scheduled date. I was very shocked in the moment that they were not going to finish setting everything up. But I said, okay. We would try setting up as much as we could that night and figure the rest out the next day. They unloaded and left everything we had rented out to be set up in the morning. After they left, my dad and fiancé were inspecting the tent side walls and saw that they had grommets at the bottom. Meaning, the sidewalls could have easily been installed that day had they staked them down. My guess is that they never planned on doing that. They told me the reason they couldn't hang them that day with the wind was cuz they just hook them up at the top and they'd likely just fall down. Oh, and when I got under the tent, I noticed the underneath of the canopy was absolutely disgusting. Dirt and grass was stuck everywhere. And by stuck, I mean we could barely get anything off by dragging a broom across it to try and clean it. Thankfully we had the best crew of family and friends who helped finish setting everything up ourselves that night. We ended up buying 3/8" rebar, cutting and bending it ourselves to make all the stakes we needed. We were then able to go inside the tent and finish decorating. After that, I realized there was no way we would have been able to do it all the next day. The crew called me the next morning to let me know they were running later than they expected (shocker...) but were half way there. I took a lot of satisfaction in telling them we had finished it all ourselves and they were no longer needed. I knew they were cheap and like I said earlier, was not expecting 5 stars. But this was ridiculous. Talk about un-needed stress before our wedding day. Spend the little bit more and go somewhere else!"

"A1 rental really came in clutch for us when we needed a last minute couple of tents and tables and chairs, everyone we worked with was great and so friendly! Donna was awesome to work with and I highly recommend! It’s so sad to see all these horrible reviews on places, everyone is struggling, companies are having a hard time getting staffed but they are doing their best! This wasn’t the first or the last time we will be using A1 rental!"

"We had an absolute nightmare experience with A-1 renting a tent for our wedding. A few weeks before our wedding, we had friends and family reach out to us warning us about this place after A-1 had no showed a couple other rentals and walked off a job site they were supposed to setup 3 tents for a festival near where our wedding was to be held. Unfortunately we didn't have time to make different accommodations so we decided to stick it out. So we weren't expecting much from them, but not as bad as it got. They first sent us the wrong tent. When we tried to call them about it, the "tent person" was unavailable and may be able to call us back the next day. We didn't have time to wait for that, so we adjusted our plans with the incorrect tent. The tent was put up so poorly that part of it collapsed overnight after some rain. Once again, the "tent person" wasn't available, but they were trying to get someone out to us. They had other tents collapse that night as well. The tent crew finally arrived a few hours later to "fix it." I'm not sure what, if anything they did when they came out. Luckily our friends and family were able to salvage the tent for a few hours and keep us relatively dry. The only time I ever got the "tent person" on the phone, they argued with me that they did not sent the wrong tent because of something they had written on a note months prior. They never even asked if anyone was hurt or anything was damaged by the tent collapsing. It was actually quite disturbing. We haven't been able to reach the "tent person" since the event either. They damaged the yard and a sprinkler system, and we were hoping they would at least take care of that. But it appears they're going to ghost us like they do to some of their rental commitments. I highly, highly recommend no one do business with this company. Just zero understanding or empathy about how their lackluster work can ruin an event and be incredibly dangerous."

"Very nice people, BUT I rented a power washer, and a wheel fell off halfway through spraywashing our home. This company needs to make sure their equipment is in proper working condition before they rent their equipment out. In all fairness, they took $10 off my bill. With the struggle hauling that machine around contributed to cuts, bruises, and more than a few inappropriate words, they should have offered a better deal. I'm not sure I'll rent from them again."
