"5 Star service from caring compassionate professionals. My experience is too many people with unrealistic expectations that want everything done now. If you work in healthcare you know that there is a process to having referral’s approved not every illness requires MRI. It makes me laugh when I read all the negative reviews half of the time it has nothing to do with what the plan of care was more about how unhappy they are with anything. I love KP"

The staff, nurses, doctors and social workers will never be forgotten. Your compassion exceeds words. A mere thank you never enough."

"I agree if I could give zero stars I would! I broke my wrist In An automobile accident last year and was told it wasn’t broke! They billed kaiser in San Diego the bill went unpaid then sent to collections. I hired an attorney to help me get this off my credit. The bigger problem is since they Hawaii Kaiser told me my wrist wasn’t broken it’s left me with permanent damage. I had an MRI with contrast the Dr never called me about the results. I called trying to make an appointment and for 5 weeks I couldn’t get the ortho Dept at Garfield to return calls or schedule me an appointment. I called to make a complaint to the main complaint line and was never called back. I finally was able to schedule a call for today by the Dr at 7:30 am that call never came at 7:30. Then at 8:12 and 8:58 from Blocked numbers i get a call but no messages were left. I don’t answer from blocked calls and since this was already a scheduled call and those blocked calls came in after our scheduled time of 7:30 I didn’t answer. I called Jeannette from Orth and was rushed off the phone. This isn’t the first time this has happened. We have had awful service very poor bed side manners from Drs at Kaiser. I really hope Kaiser can get it together!"

"I was in the emergency room for over 4 hours After checking in , with severe neck and head pain. They never attended me. Thanks for the customer care Kaiser. Definetly not coming back."
