"Incredible service! Super friendly and very helpful. I had a screw from my sunglasses fall out while on a business trip in the San Diego area. Popped in quickly to see if they could help as I was near by. Was greeted by a smiling team asking how they could help. I explained what happened and They promptly took my sunglasses, popped a new screw in, cleaned them up and sent me on my way. When I asked how much they told me not to worry about it. A complimentary service they offer. I was floored. The saved my glasses and saved my eyes from squinting through the rest of my trip. I can’t thank them enough. If I lived here and wore glasses I would go there for sure. Hard to find service like that theses days. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Thanks imperial beach optometry!"

"**A new employee didn't know the policy, that they do repair glasses and take our insurance. So now we are waiting here while they print out the insurance forms and such, why didnI even bother calling ahead of time if they didn't get anything ready in the mean time?? We would have avoided all this and still waited the same of I never called and just walked in. *They said we can come in today. They will drop your insurance without notice. So when my sons glasses break in March, insurance wont pay for new until August, and this place that previously would replace/repair his glasses now wont. So go to another place that is more stable with staying with a proper insurance. Lets see if I can find a place to fix or replace his glasses."
