"Just switched from Walmart Neighborhood pharmacy to Costco. They are 2 for 2 having to order my meds. Never happened at Walmart, but Costco is less expensive."

"CVS does not have the medicine so, Costco was recommended. Costco apparently does not want the business! I heard at least 5 excuses as to why they would not fill a prescription. I am looking for a pharmacy that will fill a simple prescription. Doing my Google search I see that I can buy the meds WITHOUT a prescription and have the meds the next day! I thought Costco was a professional company... Silly me! They just assured me otherwise!"

"i called, and spoke to a woman name julieta? about a personal matter and told her i was on my way. she was super nice and sweet on the phone. i requested to speak to her when i got to the pharmacy because i didnt want to put my business out to the public. when i walked to the window an asian (maybe chinese) woman who looked in her 40s-50s, she was kinda hefty in size. im mad i didnt catch her name but she worked on 11/10 and i was there about 6:30 pm. when i requested to speak to julieta she said “ what is it, i can help you” right off the bat there was attitude but i just took it as shes doing her job. but when i told her what i needed to pick up, she waved the prescription in the air and said “ you want this one, the *****!!!” i told her the brand and i told her what it was that i needed but i guess she felt the need to tell the whole world. i felt embarrassed. when i began to purchase it i showed her my costco membership on my phone, for some reason it wasnt working, she was giving so much attitude and even rolling her eyes… soon enough it worked, but overall she was so unprofessional and i hope she works on that. as not only a pharmacist but as a woman you should know how to be discrete about personal matters and personal prescriptions. please put her in the back and not dealing with customers face to face because it seems as if she has a problem with everything and doesnt like her job and most definitely is not a peoples person."

"This is the absolute best pharmacy I have ever been to in my entire life, I have children and a family who I don’t want to speak about but this pharmacy was by far the best customer service I have ever seen, caring, above and beyond, amazing pharmacist and techs, I have trained and fought customer service courses and work my work is confidential but this team is by far the most caring, team and have amazing integrity, ethics, and do their jobs better then anyone or pharmacy I have been to, 5 stars anytime, I am so glad these guys are here, and just want to thank them from my entire family, stop eating time and receiving average or even poor service I will back this place up & support them anytime, just was and am blown away about how caring they are, by the book stand up professionals who know their jobs and are highly educated and caring, thank you Costco Pharmacy in Elk Grove CA for your amazing service and keep up the amazing level of customer service I hope everyone reads this and will let anyone know that if they are looking for an amazing pharmacy this team will not let you down and will do their absolute best to help you if you have a medical need or need help. "Please do not give vaccine shots too high on the arm it takes 5 seconds for anybody to know that you are not supposed to do that. Me and my wife got the vaccine shots right where instruction says not to give a shot. The pharmacist or whoever gave us a shot was standing too which is not professional. You are supposed to be at the eye level with the arm. Please teach your employees how to properly give a shot."
