"Showed up at about 745. All the lights were on the sign was on. The hours are even posted on the door. It was a Wednesday says they were open till 9 PM. Tried opening the door and they were locked. People were inside like hiding just do your job man."

"Both the store manager Marvin, as well as the cashier were very rude to a customer in front of me. He had purchased 2 cans of Pringles and the pricing on the shelf wasn’t accurate. When he mentioned that he wanted them for the price on the shelf Marvin started complaining about how long it takes him to do price changes and that he was told to not do price adjustments. The customer said that he would not be returning to the store and Marvin said that’s fine. The cashier, who’s just standing there holding a vape pen said “well I get paid either way”. After the customer left Marvin is still going on about inflation and asked out loud why the man was complaining over a few cents. I mentioned that there are people living on a fixed income and that there are laws regarding incorrect pricing. I don’t go to Family Dollar really ever, but it’s the closest place to my job that sells cleaning supplies. I as well won’t be returning."

"The new management has turned this store around. The store is way more clean and organized. Much better staff too. The cashier, Josephine, is very very friendly. Makes all my visits enjoyable. You guys have a gem with her!!!"

"At the time I must of came in at the wrong time of a restocking when I took the pics, the manager their at the time wasn't to happy about me taking pics. I do run into ppl like that when I'm taking pics but she was rude about and wanted to see my pics to make sure she wasn't in any of them, Which I did tell her she wasn't but she insisted that she see for her. I do run into ppl like this from time to time but nothing like her she was very unprofessional and voge though the whole process of me being there in the store. The point is she didnt want no one to see the store the way it was because it was supposed to have been clean and in order and her store was behind. On any other day the store and the workers their can be helpful and curious, THE MANAGEMENT TEAM needs help and a refreshing on Customers and store relations."
