"Worst company that every existed! They are rude and condescending. I will never get medication from them again. They talk while you are speaking and refuse to listen. They insist on transferring you and leaving you on hold several times during the phone call for over 30 minutes! I was promised, two weeks prior that I would receive a receipt for the medication I already purchased a few months earlier. However, that never happened. I have been trying for an hour now to find a human at Optum that can send a receipt, a task apparently too difficult for anyone at this company."

And if you, can't, don't bother with this pharmacy, you may as well lie down and die your meds are never coming. And your copay is def wrong. And their website doesn't work. "Terrible company. Our daughter unfortunately due to insurance was switched to them for her monthly infusion. First infusion was 3 weeks late, 2nd infusion was missing supplies, and when I called to order supplies they didn't have paperwork they needed. Instead of using the 3 weeks in between the infusion to get the insurance paperwork, they stopped her infusion. Refused to send my kids life saving plasma. Do not go to them!! Home nurse and immunologist both say optum is the worst for home health care."
