Kim Leader Pharmacy

"If I could give this pharmacist a 0 star I would!! So I called them yesterday and the receptionist didn't notify me that I wasn't under their care until I drove all the way there today (this morning at 9am) and was told by the Kim Pharmacist lady, shes really obnoxious and unprofessional. She didnt give me a chance to speak at all. I had to keep talking because she thought it was okay to speak over me. VERY. UNPROFESSIONAL. My mom and I were under this general practice for years. They should have called me and notified me I was not a patient of theres. The obnoxious Pharmacist lady would not listen to my concern and continued to treat me with disrespect. They claimed that they gave me a phone call and I even provided my cell phone number to have them reach me when the receptionist asked for my contact information. They should have checked their system to see if I was a patient with them but they did not. Overall, the Pharmacist lady irritated me so much and she still continued to talk over me and gave an insincere apology!!!!!! UPDATE: I checked with Molina healthcare and they told me I was still an active patient under their care!!! That pharmacists lady does not know what she's talking about. She told me I wasn't under their care she just made herself look stupid!! Next time lady, get your facts straight before you tell me something that's not valid!!"
