"Refuses to give me my true prescription. Will say things like "yeah we already saved this prescription for other patients" and would say "do you want a lower dosage for half the supply, you have to decide now?" I had to remind them they had just said they reserved and saved my true dosage for other clients and then they were willing to reserve a lower dosage for me... Super inconvenient because I don't have a car and am moving in a week, so I'm trying to wait to have my right 30-day supply so I don't have to stress in a new location about getting a refill so quick....it's really messing with my focus on needing to move out of a hoarder house. Having to make so many calls messes with the productivity of my day since I have focus problems...and I've been dealing with this for 3 days now and have to wait till Monday to get my real prescription....hopefully they won't be out of stock at the new Walgreens pharmacy location that I do want since this one doesn't care at all about my medications. It's partially my doctors fault for continually sending my c2 prescription to the stupidest, least empathetic walgreens in the county. I've given my doctor the address of the new better walgreens 3 times and it's still sent to this stupid one. They also hang up on you often and are really rude from the start. I'm bring pretty rude at this point but yeah...they don't care about their patients."
"The pharmacy staff at this location has a major attitude and bad customer service including the pharmacist. I had an appointment for a vaccine and showed up 10 minutes earlier than my appointment and the clerk said she had to fill out the paperwork. Waited after 10 minutes and checked in, she said they are working on it. Checked in again after another 5 minutes, she said the pharmacist still has to mix the inoculation. At this time, it was 20 minutes after my appointment time. There was one other customer waiting and the pharmacist had not started to work on my order after 20 minutes while I had an appointment. Checked in again after another 5 minutes and she said it could take another 15 to 20 minutes. Note by this time, it will be about45 minutes after my appointment time (assuming they would mix the inoculation then). I asked what was the purpose for having an appointment? The clerk said, "you have to wait at the doctor's office even with an appointment, don’t you?" while the pharmacy manager was standing there. Note there was not mention of the possible wait time when the appointment was made or in the reminder notification, I know they are busy, but BAD customer service and poor management is totally unacceptable! Walgreen Executives: Do you see all the poor ratings on this location?"
"Update 3 Weeks Later: They never filled my medication and never called me back. Thank God I I didn't wait for them, I'd probably be dead! **** No surprise this place has more 1 star reviews than anything else. If you depend on your medication to live/function, absolutely avoid this place at all costs. I put in a formal RX transfer request (from an old pharmacy to this one), was told it would be ready by 1pm the following day, called both the new and old pharmacy and personally spoke to both pharmacists, needless to say it was not ready. Now it is day 3. Today this store acts like I never put in the request, they clearly never initiated the process. Two different employees both told me that their in store patients are more important than me and they are about to close and the pharmacist who I spoke to earlier is busy giving vaccines and can't talk to me. I explained that I have been calling for days and will come to the store in person if required, I know they are about to close that is why I am calling. I need an antiseizure medication which I am now entirely out of. Rather than expressing any type of concern or effort, I was repeatedly told how busy they are (they have 100s of prescriptions to fill, just in case you didn't know, as I was told by 3 different staff) and that I am not a priority. I will now be going to the ER as I don't have time to request a transfer through someone else who actually cares. I was also told the entire store has no management at all that I can talk to. I find it odd (aka most likely a blatant lie) that they run a store with literally no manager at all. They clearly do not give care about people or their own jobs. Run far, far away before you become a casualty their apathy and neglect. They are a malpractice lawsuit waiting to happen, don't let it be you."
"We have used Walgreens as our pharmacy for 4 or 5 years. They seem to be constantly understaffed. Twice in the last two weeks they have "not received" my prescription from my dentist. After the first time, I made certain the dentist was aware of the issue and they suggested I call Walgreens after the prescription was sent. A very wise suggestion. The problem was getting someone to answer. After 15 min, I decided to drive to the pharmacy to ensure they had my prescription as it was the end of the day and the dentist was leaving. When I got to the store, there were 4 people behind the counter and no customers... So why couldn't they answer my call? By the time the Pharmacist told me they had no order for me, the dentist office was closed for the weekend, so I'll be without my prescription for at least two days... I have had it with the poor performance from this pharmacy. We will be taking our business elsewhere. If you are understaffed for four years, the issue is the chain is not paying their people well enough and or they are not able to hire higher more efficient people."
"Whenever I request that my prescriptions be ready the morning that they’re due, the pharmacist never has them ready and they always lie to me and tell me that because they are controlled substances they are unable to be in processing them and have them ready until I call the day the third due. Essentially, first day I am supposed to start my next month of medication I’d typically have to wait days before they get around to it. They treat everybody like a junkie and the staff is incredibly rude and they act like they’re bothered that you’re even there. The manager of the pharmacy is worse than the staff! She watched one of the pharmacy technicians be completely rude to a customer and did nothing about it! I would not recommend that pharmacy! Compared to the Walgreens that I used when I lived in Nebraska, these people are absolute jokes! There is only one pharmacist technician that works there who is kind and polite and does her best to treat you like a human."
