"This is one of the CVS Pharmacy inside Target. I'm their customer way before it becomes the CVS. I received the best service before and I still get excellent service now. The pharmacist at this store is friendly. He will spend time explaining how to use the medication even when he is very busy. This CVS has a lot of customers all the time! The pharmacy counter is a little too small for the number of customers coming to this location. I hope they will have more chairs in the area. Most of the common prescription drugs are in stock. Some medications may need to be specially ordered. But it is usually there in a couple of days. The best benefit of having my prescription filled here is I can get my shopping done at the same time."

"The only problem about this pharmacy is they don’t keep the vaccination waiting area clean. Would you wait in a doctor or dental lobby with trash where you’re supposed to be sitting? There is just myself here at this time, but I’ve been here when others were waiting to be vaccinated. If there had been more people, there would not be anywhere to sit or wait. That’s unsanitary, as that is not a trash spot."

"Both times I've visited this pharmacy have been just awful. The staff either doesn't know what they're talking about, or don't know what the pharmacy's processes are. I'd scheduled a flu shot appointment several days ahead of time, and when I went to check in the morning of, they told me I didn't have an appointment. They just shook it off and when I insisted that I had an appointment, they went ahead and gave me the shot. The most offensive situation I've ever had with CVS Pharmacy at Target occurred today when I had a prescription filled there. As I was ready to swipe my card to pay for medication, the woman stopped me and said, "Did you know it was going to be this expensive?" I couldn't believe she said that. I always appreciate being able to save money, sure, but to insinuate that I couldn't afford it was appalling. This staff needs additional training, especially with information changing on a daily basis...there is little room for error these days and better customer service, even if they don't have all the answers, would go a long way. This pharmacy does not know customer service and seem to prefer to push people away instead."
