"For a Friday night a week before Christmas, we had a great experience. We found fun items there for people we thought we'd be scouring the entire mall for! There were only 2 lanes open to checkout, but once the manager saw the lines, she called more workers to open more lanes. It was not the nightmare we expected! Plus, we ran into a good friend there too! Was a good night!"
"Great selection as always. We went on a Saturday and picked up some child-aged crafts for my children. One HUGE complaint was the wait in line. There were maybe 8 people in front of us and the wait was 45 minutes long. I understand these kids don't have the most work experience, but please open another register."

"Very cute and great for all your basic crafting needs. Really enjoy the variety and sales. The place is set up a bit chaotically, and I wish they had more room in certain areas, but it's nice when you're working on a project and need a few supplies. Prices are hit or miss, so take advantage of coupons and sales if you know you'll need an item in the future."
