"Very hard to understand what customer service is talking about. Also unsure if they understand what im talking about. So kinda important when we are talking about peoples health. But they dont seem to think so. Its stressfull enough when your battling a chronic illness you dont need the added frustration of going back and forth trying to understand what the hell they are saying."
