"Sure the place looks great. And it's incredibly well located. But it's pharmacy, despite being less than a block from Amtrak, the light rail and bus services isn't open on weekends. Which is a huge disservice to it's patients. The layout of the building is also poorly mapped making it hard to find what you are looking for when you first visit."

"Can you say... IMPROVEMENT?? It seems as if South Kaiser replaced all staff with new and improved staff. I have been a Kaiser member for many years and always hated and dreaded when I had to go in for an appointment. On Sunday, 02/03/ 2024, I was not feeling well therefore, my worst fear had just become a reality... Yes, you got it, having to go to the ER and seek much needed care. Upon my arrival to South Sacramento Kaiser, I, to my surprise was greeted by the ER Security Officers welcoming me to South Sacramento Kaiser. For a mere second, I thought that maybe I had crossed over or I had quickly blinked and entered into the Twilight Zone.. BUT, I'm thinking that maybe I seized because me, yes me, was greeted with a smile by my first point of contact and that was Kaiser Security. I was directed to the proper location of where I had to register. I was in complete shock, I was in awe of how kind, of how professional their treatment towards me was.. I, didn't know how to take it because for once, I felt I actually mattered.. Their willingness to help you and the feeling that you truly actually matter is what will most definitely never give me doubt or regret ever again of my experience at Kaiser was.."

"The pharmacy employees are very nice and helpful. Even when it's crowded.& when you need to know something about any kind of medication or you have a question they have consultants to let you know all about any kind of medicine or anything else you may need to know. The only downfall is that not all pharmacies are open 24-hours the ones that are close by close at 5 and it makes it hard to get 2."

"I visited this twice recently and both times it was full to capacity with people. There are two different waiting situations one for checking in and one for picking up. And both lines were long. There are a few chairs if you need to sit, but you will lose your place in line. I'm sure they are doing the best they can. I would suggest not being in any type of hurry, because of the wait times. They were friendly."

"Location stop taking check in at 5:30pm. That's 30 minutes before closing time so get there early. If you check in online before pickup they will fill the prescription. Otherwise great convenient location, fast friendly service, with great parking. When it's raining you don't even get wet walking from the parking garage to the pharmacy. Don't forget to get your validation."
