"My experience at Akeso on Melrose in Vista was outstanding. I needed a pre-employment physical and fingerprinting for a position I was applying for. From the time I made the call to make the appointment, to walking out the door after the appointment, it was a very positive experience. The receptionists were warm and cheerful when I called and again when I checked in. In fact, they were so pleasant that it took me off guard. When I was called back to the exam room, Darrell, the technician, walked me through the rest of my appointment. Darrel was so kind and informative that I felt I needed to share with others what an asset he is to this organization. He explained everything he was doing and asked in the most polite respectful way if he could proceed with each part of the process. I have had many physicals in my life but this appointment stood out for the professionalism, thoroughness, and thoughtfulness. Throughout the whole appointment, everyone was smiling and cheerful. This is at a workman's comp facility! (Not at all what I was expecting!) I hope the manager gets a chance to see this. They have a great team and Darrell is a rock star."
