"Not interested in filling prescriptions. Every prescription my doctor sends in requires at least two follow up phone calls and multiple trips to actually get it filled. I am signed up for text alerts where I am told my medication will be fill on a certain day. But it never is. Then when you show up they look at you with disdain at the idea you actually want your prescriptions filled. They make you run completely out of meds too before they will even consider filling a refill. I have no idea why any of them went into pharmacy as a career. Unless this passive-aggressive unprofessional behavior was their goal?"

"My experience with this pharmacy is the complete opposite of that of the other reviewer. I have made plenty of mistakes, and my provider has made plenty of mistakes, and that staff (every one of them) have handled it all gracefully. Only once have they been out of a medication, and they gave me the choice of waiting a day, or getting it from another pharmacy. I can't say enough good things about these people, and when all of the other Rite Aid pharmacies in town close and they had a sudden influx of people, they handled it all without missing a beat."

"This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. They are rude and completely unaware of billing in regards to the VA and veterans. They have been out of medications (that I have picked up on a monthly basis for over a year) several times, making me wait until the exact date for my refill, on to be out or only have a partial amount of the medication. They promise to have prescriptions filled by a date, only to forget, and then post date the fill date. There’s a bunch of questionable stuff going on, and a lot of half done procedures which constantly makes them a target for robberies. They just do not have their business together. The actual store/retail part is great. The pharmacy is shameful, and really needs corporate to re-evaluate/retrain all of the staff."
