"**This is “2nd revised” review. 1st initial review/complaint has been corrected. Innova contacted me & quickly resolved prescription delivery. I will now utilize them for filling my prescriptions.** 1st compliant started when Elica Health Center called in subscription for delivery last evening. Called twice for status & left msgs. Still no prescription (Paxlovid). Left msg again this morning. Hrs posted 9-5:30, but Elica now says I need to follow-up with them. This is deplorable svc….."
