"I would not rent from here. Property manager is not knowledgeable, and always has a attitude. When something goes wrong its hard to get any answers of solutions from Property management and Investment group who owns it . I had to file a case with napa county"

"I have lived here for almost a year now and the only complaint I have is the parking I wish there was more parking, but other than that I love the place. Jennifer has made this place a very nice for us to live, she once told me that she wants us to feel like this is are real home like we owned it and I was grateful for that because a lot of property manager really don't care about you and your family they just want you to pay your rent. every time I needed to talk to Jennifer about anything about needing this fixed or that kids were misbehaving she has been right on it. And now Jennifer hired a very good maintenance man Steve , he is very nice and always very helpful. All I can say is this me and my family are very lucky to have such great people like Jennifer and Steve wanting to keep our home so very nice to live in and safe. thanks"

"My time at Vineyard Townhomes was just excellent. it was just amazing. It was soo great. I loved it so much. Vineyard Townhomes was literally the best place I have ever lived period.This is the place I want to die at. please if I die somewhere else, burry me hear because this place ...is just ...whooo! Thinking about this place gives me goose pimples and I get tingle sparks in my toes. Whenever I talk to to somebody new or old I tell them that Vineyard Townhomes makes me cry at night. Of course I clarify to them that the tears I cry are tears of ecstasy. Unfortunately I have lost friends who don't understand how great this place truly is. I don't care if I don't have any friends because my time at vineyard townhouse has fulfilled my life with glowing bits of butter cream sugar sweetness."
