Laundry room has all new washers and dryers. It's a beautiful place to live. I can see parking could be hectic. Luckily you have assigned parking. Great elementary school just blocks away."

"Run! Do not stay here, we had an insane roach problem. Since the day we moved in. Documented infestation of roaches for 6 months, when we finally couldn’t take it any longer we let them know we were moving out due to roaches. They tried to have us pay $2,000, we obviously didn’t and then they charged us over $20,000 on our credit report. They are a bunch of frauds."

"As a current resident, cannot say enough about how supportive and attentive the staff has been, especially through the current pandemic. Just yesterday, July 20, 21 - the staff greeted us as we left the parking lot with premade snack bags. It was really a sweet gesture. While on the surface, just a brown bag w snacks but I happened to be going to visit a sick relative at the hospital. I brought the snacks to the hospital room, displayed them on a tray and everyone that visited, even my ill relative enjoyed them. So you just never know what an act of kindness will do. Also, think about families who might be food deficient right now, that could have been lunch for one of the kids or themselves. So thank you guys, Adam & Arnette. Appreciate it! You guys ROCK!
