"I would give them 0 stars if I could. I walked in with my teenage granddaughter and the 2 workers just sat by the checkout counter never said a word to us the whole time there. Then they watched us like a hawk, like if we were stealing. They it made us feel very comfortable."

"Horrible customer service. No prices anywhere. Told us we needed “this pair” for my 6yr old and my wife needed “this” ear ring for her one ear ( charged for both) After it was done, found out that they told us we “needed” the most expensive ones. After talking to the manager (Maddy) there was “nothing” she could do."

"Im a teenage girl and I went here a couple weeks ago to buy earrings. The earrings I bought were super cute and I really like them. I was looking at the earrings for about 20 minutes, and while I was shopping I heard very nice interactions between customers and the only worker on the floor. When it came time for me to checkout, the worker did not treat me with the same niceness and barely said a word to me. She never asked me if I had an email with them (I do) and I left the store wondering why the worker was so rude to me… like girl. Anyways, let’s practice some kindness around here and be nice!! Girls support girls around here!!!!! Bye"
