"Recently moved from Tierra Springs Apartments. Lived there with my family for 6 years and experienced 6 resident managers, and two regional managers. The Apartment itself is beautiful, but poor management. They do nothing when you voice your complaints. Management enclosed in an email legally they do not have to provide security cameras. Tenants must have a court order for personal cameras Tierra Springs Apartments needs to do better addressing Tenant concerns. I still look forward to hearing from April from corporate office. Since leaving Tierra Springs 2 years ago A new manager was hired which makes 7 now. I know the new manager is doing her best to address Tenant concerns."

"I applied back in March for a 1b, I even paid to do my background / credit & hadn’t heard from the apts so I left a vm. I filled out the paperwork, but wasn’t told what the costs were or really any info about the apt. Fast forward to July, I finally got an email stating I finally got accepted & to stop by right away. Danielle was able to assist me every step of the way! She even broke down the numbers so I can better understand what I’m signing for & what are my best options (after all this is my first apt & it does become overwhelming). Can’t wait to move in !"

"My Mom lives at this complex and I could not be more grateful for the community she is in. Her neighbors are all so kind and helpful. The manager, Julia, is an absolute treasure. She checks on my Mom and calls me if she's concerned for any reason and looks out for my Mom. I appreciate that more than words can express. I wouldn't have my Mom anywhere else! I appreciate everything this complex has to offer!"

"I visited the leasing office recently seeking information about availability and to ask about pricing. The Young lady in the office had multiple people she was with at the time and was busy however she greeted me and politely asked me to take a seat and she would be right with me and offered me a cup of coffee. Though she was juggling several people she took the time to give me the information and explain the process. I visited several communities in Sonoma County that offer affordable housing the same day and had very bad experiences almost feeling like I was bothering the staff by asking questions. The type of friendly professional experience made me feel welcomed and respected when I visited Tierra Springs and this was one that stood out in my search. There is something to be said about good old fashioned customer service."
