"This place is horrible. I could write paragraphs detailing the condescending rudeness and incompetence of the Docs but what’s the point. Dr Hodsman was the ONLY decent Doc here and now he’s retired. Avoid Dr Moasis at all cost. I recently won an appeal against him via United Healthcare and he is holding it against me, forcing me to file another appeal for the exact same denial of service. Thank God open enrollment is coming up soon so I can get the hell out of the Optum system. Thankfully Scripps and UCSD have expanded into north county. Save yourself some grief and go elsewhere."

"Yet another patient that would give this office zero stars if I could, but I will begrudgingly allow for one star because the staff upstairs was amazing and very kind. I came here to see Dr. Ole Snyder, and if you are a female avoid this man at all costs. He was rude, dismissive, got my Rx wrong repeatedly, and had zero interest in helping me at all. He flat out said that he had "other people who actually needed his help" when I told him I was there to establish care because my Rx had expired and I had recently moved to the area and had new insurance through my work. I am on HRT for a full hysterectomy at age 36 and this man had the absolute audacity to ask me how long I thought I should take my medications for, in the most sarcastic tone possible. He then arbitrarily changed my dose, which was ridiculous because he is not a hormone specialist, nor is he the doctor who performed my surgery and put me on my medications in the first place. I am not sure why he thinks he knows better than one of the top endometriosis specialists in the country, or why he found it so difficult to treat me as a patient rather than an annoyance. The staff downstairs has not been much better, to be honest. They are rude, talk over you, do not listen, and somehow fail to comprehend that when a patient says "do not put me with that doctor ever again", that they might want to let said patient know if there is no other doctor available. It is also NOT the patient's job to waste their time trying to find another provider, when the provider and his attitude problem are the issue in the first place. Not everyone has the time to search for a new doctor when they work full time and then some. Doctor's should be held accountable for their behavior, and if their staff can't be intelligent and compassionate they are in the wrong field."

"If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. This is my 2nd time coming here in 2 years. And this is the 2nd time that they are closing and not seeing anyone. This facility opens at 3, and by 3:30 p.m. when I arrive today they said they were not seeing anyone. I do not blame the support staff that are here, but whoever is running this place this is FUBAR and inexcusable. There are senior citizens who called ahead to come and and being turned away at the window. There was no explanation and no reason why the sudden closure. The people who run this place should be absolutely ashamed. For people who come in pain and discomfort and hope to be seen, this is inexcusable."

"I went here because my job wanted a x-ray on my elbow. They said they don't do workmans comp. I told them it's not workmans comp, it didn't happen at work. I told her I fell at home but my job wanted to make sure I was okay to work. She calls her manager over and her manager says to me if he says he felt at home we're just going to have to believe him. I work at a hospital. If it was workman's comp why wouldn't I be treated at work? They told me it would be a two-hour wait, I said hold on I need to call my supervisor. I walked outside to let my job know what was going on, came back in and they told me they canceled me because I walked outside. She said i told her I was leaving. NOI said i have to make a call. They have big sign in the waiting room. "Please do not use your phone in the waiting area!" Good thing my situation was not urgent,"

"I went to Optum Urgent Care yesterday experiencing very concerning symptoms, not COVID but acute bronchitis. What a run around they gave me. The doctor refused to see me and I ended up leaving and going to a different urgent care facility and was treated immediately and I am on the mend. Do not go to Optum Urgent Care if you actually want to receive urgent care."
