"Been shopping at this store for nearly 19 years. Great staff, clean store, good selection and competitive prices. HOWEVER some of the worst shopping carts of any store. None roll straight or evenly. I have traveled to impoverished 3rd world countries and all had better shopping carts than this Pick N Save. This isn't me joking. It's been this way for about 5 years now. I have tried to ask about replacements but no response. I might just grabbing a cart from home Depot to use moving forward. Pick n Save please, can you get us some new carts?"

"The manager Brian is pretty rude. Prices are very high unless you clip coupons. My internet doesn’t work in the store ever so when we wanted to add an item that we didn’t clip prior to entering the store, and the QR code didn’t work, we asked to receive the discount. They usually do that for us when we want to add items and their QR code doesn’t work but this time the cashier was new and had to ask a manager. Brian the manager was very rude and dismissive and told us maybe we should go outside the store if their QR code won’t work. Very easily he could’ve given us the honored the coupon because cashiers had done that plenty of times when their codes won’t load a webpage, but he chose to make our day more difficult and displayed terrible customer service instead of helping us find a quick solution he told us to go outside. Customer service desk corrected the issue immediately upon checkout despite Brian trying to jam us up. Idk if he was having a bad day or something but man what a weird and genuinely rude person. Store is high priced and produce quality is not great but the manager Brian in particular will be why I’m not coming back"

"I would avoid this pick and save at all costs. The carts are terrible. There's not one single cart at that store that rolls straight. The parking lot is even worse. Anytime I go there there's always spots that have little alcoholic bottles all over the ground. The parking spaces are so small that your car gets all dinged up. I was there yesterday and somebody did a number on my door. I'm pretty pissed about it!! But I will give them this. They have about the best employees working there. They are super friendly. Very helpful and not as snotty as the customer's shopping there! There's a variety of different people shopping there, but most of them look all cracked out. The spots on my car are hard to see. I did the best I could of taking a picture of The damage on my door. As for all the crackheads that shop there, I thought it was rude to take pictures of them."
