"I prefer to do business with local owned businesses when possible. I was getting very frustrated with Walgreens and my doctor suggested that I switch to Leo's. I tried, i really did. This is not written with malice, just frustration. After almost a year they still cant get a simple prescription right. I am signed up for auto refill but it is hit and miss, mostly miss. EDIT: Two months later, even worse! Just called about an autofill, was told they didnt fill it because the prescription expired 6 weeks ago! They did nothing! Seriously? The young woman i talked to just said she would call the doctor, no apology, no sense of urgency, no solution to the possibility i might be out of insulin for the holiday. At least Walgreens would have offered me a bottle to make sure I was covered. Walgreens is starting to look better again."

He made sure to give us all the information about symptoms etc. and they even followed up with a call to thank us for our business. Wonderful business."
