"Terrible place to live. The new landlords are extremely shady and act with bad intentions. ***Edit 11/7/2021. If you're a SSU student, Do NOT live here. They will take advantage of your youth. Any positive review on this complex are friends with the new managers or is the manager herself. Kathy Lewis is a scammer. The only reviews from tenants have been all negative.***"
"I visited a freind, parked in her spot, and was towed! The sign in front of me was in spanish, so obviously I didn't know everyone had to have a permit. How is this right? The manager has a camera to watch, but doesn't call the tennant before towing! Nice. It's like a set up. They wait for you, check your car, then call the tow company. This is so not right! Seems illegal!"
"The landlords are super nice and accomodating as long as you pay rent on time and don't raise a lot of issues like being loud or ruining the apartment - recommend for college as it is 2 blocks from Sonoma State and in between both Santa Rosa Junior College campuses."
"My babysitter messaged me that she was here at 12:08. So that means that 8 mins later you were already in the process of getting her car towed. So I'm sorry I got the times wrong. I understand that her car wasn't registered. I have had many cars parked in that spot, nobody had ever been towed. And yes she could have parked in the visitor parking but for some reason I thought it's my spot, ive had people parking there since I've lived here without anything happening. So you can see why I would think there was no problem. My family has visited, I've had friends stay the night, and my babysitter has parked in that spot plenty of times. So you can imagine our shocked faces when we found out her car was gone. Not knowing it was towed from one of our own parking spots. I understand that maybe you saw her pull in or saw her in the car knowing it wasnt supposed to be there. And yes it's my fault for assuming it would be okay for her to park there, even if it was just for a couple of hrs. I work 14 hr shifts on the weekends and 30 hrs during the week, and I have a 3 yr old wrecking havoc constantly. So I hope you can understand how something like having a car registered to be in my parking spot may have slipped my mind. But what I dont understand is why my landlord didnt call me first. If you were looking through my paper work to see if it was my car, I'm sure my number wasnt to far away. From my shoes it just seems like you were too eager to get another car towed without caring about the consequences. Unfortunately the consequences for me is that I dont have the money to do the grocery shopping that I've been waiting to do all month. We dont have gas money to get to and from work in sf this week. And I dont have the money to pay the babysitter that I need during the week. But again I can see it from your point of view how none of this is your problem. You just collect the rent and fix up the things that needs fixing, and tow cars that need towing. But maybe next time you could take the extra 5 minutes to call the tenant to see if maybe they got a new car, or maybe their friend or family member was over and it slipped their mind to call and let you know. You dont have to respond. I can already guess what you'll say. Dont worry I'll definitely make sure no one parks in that spot unless its registered."
"I went to my friends place today to go babysit her daughter and my car got towed for parking on her own parking spot** her parking spot. I’ve been babysitting her daughter for a while already and I’ve always been parking in the same parking spot and all of a sudden they want to tow my car."
