"By far the most inefficient pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. While the volume is high the staff is usually overwhelmed, wait times are typically so long it seems like they are trying to improve. Takes multiple contacts to ensure its right. Can only hope it gets better."

"The worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. I call every time before heading up to make sure the medication is ready. I’m told it is, I make the drive up and EVERY SINGLE TIME it is never ready and I have to wait 1-2 hours. I don’t understand how it can happen every time (4 times now). It seems like everyone there is either incompetent, overworked, or they have a serious lack of communication. Anyway…just be warned that you probably won’t be getting your child’s medication quickly and efficiently."

"The hospital overall is a great hospital no complaints, but the pharmacy… I alwasy have trouble with pharmacy & staff are on the rude side very few are nice. The manger however is very nice & professional. But that staff here, every time I come there’s alwasy an issue now it has been something repetitive, they say our medication will be ready at a certain time and it’s almost never ready please be aware of your medication as they almost gaved me medication that was supposed to be refrigerated & it was left out, good thing I am aware of my son medication & look out for things like that, it’s hard having a child with special needs & the visit here to this pharmacy are not enjoyable."

"I would give 0 stars if possible. We are stuck coming here for a compound only they can do. We call EVERY single time to get the order ready. It can take hours because they are so understaffed to get someone to FINALLY answer the phone. Then when we arrive...our prescription is never ready. So we sit for another 20-40 minutes to wait. They are incompetent, poorly staffed and disorganized. If you have ANY other option—take it."

"Poor customer service, we've had several issues with their pharmacy, I wish who ever is in charge of running the pharmacy would contact me. I had one occasion were one of my daughter's prescriptions (4 total) wasn't dispensed instead we received a double dose, huge mistake that we later discovered and we had to go back. Another ocassion we were told that we prescriptions to pickup and they were not ready had to wait 40 minutes, when I asked how to avoid this again they told to call ahead. The latest got the alert to pickup we called and was told by pharmacy to stop by the next day at 11:00 am and the prescription was going to ready. We arrived at 11:45 am, we were told to wait 30 minutes. So I don't know what to do next, I hope someone from Rady Children's will read this review and hopefully address this because it seems like there is lack of moral, they lack customer service is below average, it's like going to the DMV. No wonder they have employees from the pharmacy just loosing it."
