"I would rate them a zero I tried calling the pharmacy and kept being put on hold the hung up on twice , I got very frustrated and wanted to speak to the manager and was put on hold twice again, different people answering the phone ridiculous, rude and unprofessional staff."

"Went here today to get my covalent booster. Their pharmacy was closed because i guess they had no pharmacist on duty (try paying enough to be able to hire more?). They told us our appointment would be honored at the other Euclid location. That was a lie. Wasted an hour of my time today trying to get my vaccine through this terrible, lazy, disorganized mess of a company."

"When I first started getting my medicine from here I had no buts. Now they have the worst customer service. This pharmacy is located in an area where people use public transportation which means the public walks. And now in order to get your medicine you have to use the drive thru and the workers are rude. If I keep using this pharmacy it's because it's closer to home."

"If I could give them zero stars I would!!I have never dealt with the level of incompetence or disrespect from a place of business in my life EVER before coming here!! My doctor called in my prescriptions and forward off, when they filled them it's a good thing I counted how many bottles I had before I walked out the door because they had completely forgotten one, so I went back to the counter, where they were confused...I heard them talking among themselves, they"knew" they just made that up....ummm okay... But regardless they "found it" threw it in a bag and scanned a corresponding label to the medication I was supposed to be getting. My mistake was trusting that the pharmacists know how to do their job, or that the managers at the very least would fix the pharmacists mistakes. When I got home I realized they gave me two bottles of the same medication and I still didn't get the one I had to go back to the counter for in the first place!!! And what's even weirder about the situation the dates that are printed out on the medication bottles say I got them 2 days apart from each other!?!? I asked them to take the wrong medication back and give me what I am prescribed but they refuse to fix their mistake as if they don't believe they screwed up!! These are not narcotic medications and I want even in the store on one of the days that this medication was printed!!! Don't go here!!"
