"I ve been living at Pioneer 2000 Apts. For over 2 years and they refuse to open the pool...I'm letting everyone possible know about this because they are still advertising that the pool is in working order and it is not and they are not planning to open the pool at all....not only that there is no working pool or hot tub they also don't have maintenance keeping up the grounds on a regular Schedule any more....they don't spray for bugs anymore. They don't water very often etc....I truly believe that Pioneer 2000 is going down hill very very fast....you really don't want to consider renting at all....management is way out of control January 1, 2023 Robyn Fugere"
"Worst apartment I have ever rented from. 6 month rental, hung everything by tacs and got charged for $2,700 worth of "repairs" for 'carpet' cleaning even though there was not a single square foot of carpet and the apartment is about 250 square feet. The entire place was spotless and 100% clean. I have always gotten my entire deposit back, they sent me to collections and will not send an invoice for what "repairs" were done. Have been asking for about a year now. If looking for a rental, stay away, it will bite you in the end"
"Saw an ad on Facebook Marketplace, so me and my boyfriend checked it out since it was somewhat reasonably priced at $1,499. We go to the leasing office and the person working there asks why we're there and we told her about the ad. Then proceeds to tell us that the ad was from two years ago. We told her that's not true it was posted less than twenty four hours ago. Then proceeds to tell us that the price is also wrong. The one bedroom one bath we were looking at was not $1,499 but actually $1,749 for a one bedroom one bath apartment. She gave us an application and their fees are out of control. $500 deposit just to hold the apartment. Additional deposit for pets is $550. And then monthly pet rent. Oh but there's no application fee! As if that's supposed to make me feel better. Let me top it off by saying that she would not show us a unit because of COVID-19 but almost the entire time she was talking to us was wiping her nose with her hand. Gross."
"Horrible place and poorly managed. Don't even try to live here, they will raise the rent as much as they can every time (10%), on top of that the neighbors are rude, kids are loud, banging on the walls up to 3am and management never says anything. Kids playing with the breakers, laundry room always down. The guy that is supposed to pick the trash on site is always taking naps by the mail boxes for hours. And don't even dream about getting a fair return from your deposit, on my initial walk the apartment was dirty, tile cracked, kitchen appliances dated and rusted, walls scratched and painted with the cheapest and old paint I have ever seen. Even though all of this was noted on documents they still charged me for paint that probably was better when I left the apartment and charged $312 for it saying that they used over 7 gallons of paint for a SINGLE BEDROOM APARTMENT which I know is a lie. Oh and good luck finding parking on site, or should I say junk yard/shop? tenants park their cars for months and since management never leaves the office. I attached below some pics of when I left, be the judge if I destroyed the apartment enough to get almost $800 out of my security deposit. Worst property ever, this is an abuse!!!!!!"
"Let me tell you how much I hated living here. The neighbors were creepy (once blocked me from leaving the laundry room), thieves (tried to break into through my window) and child abusers (constant beatings, no clothes for toddlers in winter). There were two swat raids on nearby apartments in less than 8 months. The management was even worse. They lost my check once because the office workers stapled it to the wrong sheet of paper. They refused to hire security, just a kid who drives through twice a night and doesn't answer phone calls. The place reared of weed. They charged me 350$ to paint the apartment when I left, despite not having any marks on the walls. There were marks all over the rug when I moved in that no amount of cleaning would remove, then they charged me when I moved out to deep clean the rug. The office refused to give me a tracking number for my deposit until it had been missing in the mail system for over two weeks. When I asked them to resend it, the office worker hung up on me. Then, when we got it, she charged me an additional 120$ for an extra day of rent we never used. No explanation for it when I called, but I had the owner berating on my phone and getting hung up on. I've never been late on rent, never made noise, never did anything to them to deserve that sort of treatment. This business is worth absolutely nothing. Take your money somewhere with a dishwasher and where the neighbors won't throw half-eaten food on your doorstep."
