"I lived here for 2 years in a studio. They d month-to-month leasing which is awesome. Really quiet and simple community which I grew to love. The rent prices are fair considering how expensive Sonoma County is. The landlord, Toni Traina is amazing. Always returned calls, immediately responded to any complaints or problems, straightforward but very warm and friendly. I had some crappy neighbors but one phone call to Toni and it was taken care of. The units are older but has some updated features like countertops, toilet, shower head. Walls are quite thin though and you can hear the neighbors a lot. The apartment is super strict on no drugs whatsoever and no noise past 9 or 10pm. All really reasonable. I wouldn't recommend living here if you're young and wanna have a bunch of friends over at your place ALL the time and drink and go swimming at 3am."
