Parc Station Apartments 2055 Range Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA 95401

"Beware. You won't get your whole deposit back. You need to hire professional cleaners and provide evidence OR Parc Station hires cleaners and takes it out of your deposit. No matter how clean you leave your place (i never hung anything on the walls or drilled either), they require professional cleaning to get it ready for the next tenant. If you're going to live here 2 years or less, look for another place. The cleaning fee I was charged for medium cleaning was $200, not including carpet or painting fees. I've included pictures of how I left my place. Deposit for me was $500, they returned $79. Research FPI Management before moving into their properties, look on reddit too. Wish I would've done so beforehand. The have tenants pay for water, parking (unless you park on the street which you can never find), trash, electricity (obviously) and valet (a service they hire to pick up your trash thursdays- I never used it but couldn't opt out). If you're still looking at moving here, place was pretty chill. Personally, my neighbors never made noise. We really respected the noise level rules and times. Never any kids running around the building either. DOGS however, do bark a lot during the day. If you work from home, it might bother you. At night, they were quiet unless they heard something which would sometimes wake you up. YOUR PACKAGES WILL GET STOLEN. They have amazon hubs but they're only useful for Amazon packages unless they're too big. I've gotten into conversations with various neighbors throughout my 2 years living there and all of us had packages stolen. It's been an ongoing problem FYI. Laundry room for the most part was usually clean. However, the washing machines did smell like mold sometimes. Gym is really small & does get stuffy with more than 1 person. Building 1 has AC but building 2 doesn't and gets stuffy during the summer. It's hard to find actual numerical information when moving into places so here's my review."

"Rose is a fair and reasonable manager who does her best even when given difficult situations. If you need a start Parc Station might be a good fit. Dogs are allowed which is always a plus! On the bad side. Parking Is awful. Had a catalytic converter stolen while my car was parked in the 25$ monthly fee parking lot(wayy outside the Apts themselves) Not fun, had to get a different car and felt the 100 dollar monthly parking inside by the Apts was unfortunately worth it. In the end it was my first apartment and it was a good experience"

"Parc Station Apartments in Santa Rosa is one of the best apartment communities in the USA. I lived here for 13 months in Apartment # 110. Rose Turpin at the leasing office is amazing! She definitely knocked it out of the park in her management level position at this top notch apartment community. Rose Turpin is very professional, polite, courteous, super friendly, approachable, respectful, caring and she truly goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure all the tenants at the Parc Station Apartments are comfortable and happy with their apartment. The fitness center is top notch with the BEST cardio equipment. The courtyard with the fountain and super comfy lounge sofas are a great place to socialize with your friendly neighbors / friends and unwind after a long day at work. The parking areas are very convenient. The apartment floor plan is spacious and perfect! This pet friendly community is located directly across from Coddingtown Mall which makes it super convenient for all your shopping needs. Whole Foods Market is across the street from here! I highly recommend the Parc Station apartments in Santa Rosa for anyone looking for an amazing apartment community in one of the most ideal locations of Santa Rosa with a super friendly leasing office staff. "This is my first time, in my 60+ years, living alone. I wanted my first, and hopefully, last place to be special. Parc Station is! The young woman name Rose is a delight and does her job well. The guy who maintains the place is awesome! I love the laundry room and the fact we have our very own Amazon hub station here. I am lucky enough to have my apartment overlooking the fountain located between the apartment buildings. Parc Station location is extremely ideal for me. It is across from Coddington and both the city and county bus stop. I can get to pretty much anywhere I want and need to go! Love it!!!"
