"Very friendly staff, I would defiantly recommend store. Great place keep it up."
"Very friendly staff and competitive pricing. I got 3 redbull for $6. Awesome customer service."
"Usually don't have issues with this place, but today the deli guy was a bit rude for no reason. I went in there at 1245 and they guy running the deli nicely asked what I'd like. I asked for a grilled chicken. He instantly sounded annoyed by his response he gave me and said "Oh I just took my last grill order, only doing subs right now. Having issues with the grill and fryers" So I was like "oh ok, well never mind then" This is where I thought this was rude to even tell a customer.. he then proceeded to say "yeah it's like 80 degrees outside so I didnt even think people would want hot food.." like what??? So, are your kitchen appliances down or were you just irritated someone wanted to buy a hot sandwich from you on a hotter day? (mind you, its only 75 today lol) Like, do you just stop serving customers hot food in general in the summer just because it's hot out? Sorry, but I think it's a bit bad for a business that has a kitchen to serve hot food tell a customer that. It's basically implying people are an annoyance to his day because they want hot food. Don't work in a kitchen if you dont want to serve your customers what they ask for no matter the temperature. That's the equivalent of Culver's telling someone oh I didn't think you'd want to have custard because it's 15 degrees out.. make it make sense.. I would have understood if he kept it at the grill and stuff was having issues, but adding that extra comment definitely made it seem like he just didn't want to serve hot food because it'd be hotter for him in the kitchen."
"If I could give them 0 stars I would, the new owners do NOT know how to run the business correctly. Nothing but problems since they took over, first they took my change when I used their air compressor for my tires. The owner continued to argue with me that there was a “out of order” sign on it and when I told her there was no sign I wouldn’t have used it if there was she told me she wouldn’t return my change. The second time was last week I tried using my fuel points for gas and the lady at the register said they didn’t take fuel points even though it advertised on banners outside. I had to tell her how the past owners would enter in the fuel points. And just today I went in to buy some cigarettes and the owner said they don’t take coupons for Newports, even though their address pops out of the newports coupon app. I don’t mind paying the regular price but come on if it’s advertised they should take it. And the lady that claims she is the owner is always quick to judge like you can’t get that with EBT even when I was paying with cash. She always has a nasty attitude with customers, they clearly don’t know what customer service is. I live close by which is convenient to me but I can’t wait to see if the re open the BP across the street they always had great customer service. Be aware when using your fuel points because they don’t know how to enter your customer loyalty info and they say they did, so you end up paying full price instead of getting your discount."
"If you go here don't bring your own cup. Not once at any gas station that I've been to in my 29 years have they ever cared if I've brought in my own mug till this place. First they said they were gonna charge me for 3 large refills for it, then when I just came back they yelled at me for bringing it in saying it's not allowed anymore because they're not a 7/11. So if you go for a refill, god forbid you save a a buck or two by bringing in your own refill cup."
