"I recommend this surgery center highly. Everyone was extremely professional and very nice. Made me feel very comfortable. Mt experience from the time I walked in the door until I was discharged was top notch."
"First my recovery nurse, had a huge language barrier. Asking me the same question 4 times, and me giving the same answer to the question. My post op recovery was painful, as I have a VERY high tolerance for pain meds it takes a lot or specific kind to even touch my pain. Finally i felt like she was incompetent as she couldn't or wasn't listening to me, so I asked for a different nurse. Which they easily changed thankfully. The same thing happened with my last surgery 3 months ago ( same nurse- I was praying I wouldn't have her). They again pumped me full of drugs that don't work until they can't give anything else. And then finally ask the anesthesiologist for the pain med I requested originally, according to the original surgery in June. Pre-op the anesthesiologist agreed to give me the meds that are documented with the facility that work, along with instructions from my surgeon to give that specific med. But NO the dr barely came to check on me and when I asked why I wasn't getting the meds /plan we discussed he said I already had it Durning my hr+ surgery... But not in recovery to help the post op pain. This is bullshit. So i left with my pain level at a 7/10 Because there was nothing left to do,as the dr straight bailed from the building like he didn't want to deal with me or my case any more... I WILL be reporting this to proper ppl. Leaving a client in pain and ditching out on them after barely checking on me is NOT ok, or ethical. Especially after we discussed a plan with my surgeon. I had a spinal cord stimulator implanted with much larger incisions than last time."
"Very professional staff and they are quick"
