"This is the worst pharmacy ever, Amir the owner is extremely rude. Not to mention the staff will lie to you and tell you they have medications in stock just so that they can get you to transfer all your medications to their pharmacy. But as soon as you try to pick up your medications they’ll tell you they don’t have it and it needs to be special ordered which will take time to get. They went as far as transferring my medications from another pharmacy knowing full well they didn’t have anything in stock and couldn’t get the medications period. They totally wasted my time and to boot gave total attitude when I asked why they would have my medications transferred if they knew they didn’t have it. I’ll never go back to the pharmacy ever again!!!!"

"Does not take care of new patients. I called to make sure they had my medicine available and they said yes, it was my first time going here.once I got there it was a different story by the older male pharmacist, he said not all medicine was available even though I had just called 15 minutes before showing up and was told by the female pharmacist that it was all available. I found out by one of the employees there that he does this all the time he saves his medicine for his regular patients it's nice to know that he takes care of his regulars but not new patients. Not a great way to make business he shouldn't be denying medicine to any patients in the first place. If your a regular patient good for you because he will take care of you but new patients just go somewhere else"

"Their delivery service is second to none. I don't have to drive every 4 weeks to get my refills and it takes 30 minute round trip drive otherwise. Very friendly staff that treats me like family. Amir the pharmacist and Emed and all other staff are kind, polite like family. I take over $6000 worth of meds every month so I hope North Rialto Drug makes $60 thousand USD a month so they can retire at age 55 or earlier and not retire after age 67 or 70. I want Amir to make $2 million a year and Emed $120k a year so he can fly to another country because that's his dream before he dies."

"My whole family of 7 comes here for about 10 + years. This pharmacy is family. Each one of the people who work here work together to get everything done. They're nice caring and work hard. I'm very blessed to have this pharmacy they will do what they need to do to make it right."

"Everyone here is very nice and respectful however Rosa is the most nastiest human I’ve ever came in contact with. Just calling to see if my medication is ready makes my whole day horrible with her attitude. I don’t know why one person Has to be so horribly rude on a daily basis is beyond me."
