CVS Pharmacy

"Worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. Over 15min wait times on the phone which would be understandable if they didn't immediately hang up once the hold was over. I couldn't even get a word in. And I've called 3x today. if I didn't need this prescription from this location I would go elsewhere."

"I had a very odd but rude experience here. When I shop I like to keep to myself for the most part but if I need help with something i know to ask an employee. Anyway, so I start looking for things on my list when I am stopped by an employee who said my bags need to be left at the front, which is not a problem and I replied ‘okay do you want to take them up front?’ which he said ‘no you can do that’ so I went all the way back to the front to put my bag there as requested and continued my shopping. Then not even 5 min later the employee asks if I need a shopping cart and I said no thank you. He was very attentive to me and me to the point where it made me uncomfortable.Mind you there was maybe about 20 other people in the store but he didn’t bother acknowledging them nor asking if they needed a cart, etc. Then he continues to ask if I need help, which again I replied no thank you. By that point another customer approaches the employee inquiring about something (not sure exactly because I was minding my business) but I could still feel an eerie presence of the employee keeping an eye on me. I don’t know if his intention really was to just assist me and only me… but even if that is so it doesn’t make any sense when there are other people shopping that he just willingly neglected. What if they needed help but he was too occupied asking me questions? Then finally he asked again if I needed anything and I’m at this point I’m so creeped out I can’t even focus on my shopping anymore and he then asks again to bring my stuff to the counter while I continue to shop. I didn’t want to be anywhere near this guy but I gave him my stuff and politely told him “hey I don’t really appreciate your customer service” which he replied “well you can leave then” and I did. Fortunately my boyfriend was able to go in for me and buy the things I needed. But overall I was creeped out by the entire experience"

"I think your prices are high on all of your products. The pharmacy is very good, the people in your pharmacy are excellent and over worked."

"Screw minute clinic. They texted me to confirm my appointment, so I replied “C” …. Which canceled my appointment. There was no help online or on the phone, and when I got to the clinic, they couldn’t take me, even though my spot hadn’t been filled. Screw them again for sending me a confirmation code then giving me no place to enter it. Screw them a 3rd time for making me fill out pages to order an at home COVID kit, then surprise me with needing insurance info. When I could easily gone somewhere else way faster"

"The Staff at this location are the Best. They really do their Best to watch prices on Medications for the consumer. There are other Pharmacies closer but after 15 years, "If It Isn't Broken ? Don't Fix It." Thank You, Kristi, Brian and entire staff."
