"I’ve been using Walmart pharmacy for 35 years. Customer service has always been stellar . When I call I can not remember a time they were not friendly , helpful and in the store. As a nurse the health care system is very taxing, important roles and very very over worked. I’m just amazed how patient they are. They have their share of problems … well ya… they fill thousands of scripts a week, it’s inevitable."

"There staff will never improve their customer service do to their supervisors always taking their side when they are in the wrong on their customer service i had problems with the ladys at this pharmacy they lack communication skills i get it they think there something special because they whent to school to be a pharmacist i get it its a good career that doesn’t give you the right not to greet your customers and to be nice just a bunch of sour faces don’t espect courtesy when your waiting in line or when you call over the phone bottom line don’t let their bad day ruined yours ."

"Changing back to Walmart Pharmacy. CVS was able to deliver..but, did not make it easy at all. And when I got home from Loma Linda after surgery they said the hospital cancelled my post Op meds! Which was not true. So Walmart came to the rescue for me!"

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER … came to curbside cause I just had foot surgery and can’t walk my driver was not dressed to go in and they said it closed at 7pm no where is this posted … I asked if they could meet me halfway cause I needed my blood pressure medicine and all she kept saying was they open at 9am tomorrow… very rude and inconsiderate. 0/5 review"
