"** January 2022 review update - Still 5 stars ⭐️! The Pharmacists at Archangel Michael Pharmacy in South Temecula - Mike and Mary, along with their competent and friendly staff - are different from all other retail pharmacies- big chain as well as smaller mom and pop locations. After a year of being a customer (patient), alongside with our physician, Archangel Pharmacy has become a significant part of mine and my family’s care team of which we are very grateful for. We have knowledge of all medication(s) we are prescribed by our doctor because Mike and/or Mary ALWAYS make the time to discuss and subsequently answer all of our many questions. Yes, this is required by law for any new medication but they have a way of making us feel as if we are their only customer even when they are quite busy. They do NOT simply hand you a mile long generic printed pamphlet stating the robotic side affects and send you on your way. I do not review many businesses much less update a review I wrote several months ago so I do hope this information may help a frustrated customer / patient that may be struggling as we did previously, with their own or their family’s health through this never ending pandemic, supply chain challenges, increase in healthcare insurance premiums along with high inflation which may include expensive co-pays of necessary and life saving medications. ORIGINAL——- Mike, Stephanie and their staff are AMAZING! They actually listen to you as a patient, you are not just a number like the big chain pharmacies. They are personable yet highly professional. My only concern is inconsistent prices and my insurance co-pays on some medications are much more than what my insurance EOB says and can be on the high end. But that may correct now that I am into the catastrophic coverage stage. Overall, they are the best, professional and quickest pharmacy is South Temecula."
