"I called to ask why my mom' prescription was not sent home as it used to be. The Vietnamese guy picked up the phone telling me the reason was the unpaid prescription cosign fee. Initially I didn't get it because I never heard my mom said anything about the fee. She just said her prescriptions were automatically delivered to her house many times before; also I had not heard she changed her prescription or anything, so I was confused and asked him again. He gave me the same answer and then angrily raised his voice asking me that "do you understand?" I felt so embarrassed and insulted. I understand that it's annoying to say one thing over and over, but is it the way CVS treat their customers? Or does he only do this to Vietnamese speakers?"

I've been going to this Pharmacy for over 7yrs (before they turned into CVS they used to be Target Pharmacy) and have never had a bad or unpleasant experience. Tai, David, Lynn and the girls really make my day each time I speak to them."
