"Spent 24 minutes on the phone just to inquire if they had Sudaphed or the Walgreens generic and was told I would have to come see what was in stock behind the counter. Thanks for not answering my question and making me wait 24 minutes at 10:30pm."

"Didn't have my prescription, nasty customer service person just lied to me over the phone that it was ready subsequently I went into withdrawals bc it was an opioid and had to go to the ER and ctc my pain management Dr to reroute the medication"

"I have been on the phone for 45 minutes and I perfectly hear how the woman who is answering the phone picks up the phone for two seconds and puts me on hold again, I try to talk to her and she does not answer, just after minute 45 She pick it up and hang up the call and it has been my second call, my son was in the emergency room yesterday, tuesday, and he needs the inhaler that was prescribed... and walgreens can't give it to me because they don't accept molinahealth care, but I've already gone to cvs twice to ask for the transfer of the prescription, They told me that Walgreens has not yet sent them the prescription by fax, and they do not respond either and I spent all day waiting for all this, they are negligent"

"Drop my medication at 10:15 pm, the attended went to check out for stock just to make sure. She came back and said it was ok and that it would take about 45 minutes. At 11:35 no one has called my name so I approached the attended who stated they were out of stock, that they only had a small amount and that I would take it I would lose the remaining portion. No one to complain or willing to hear from me or help me in any manner. DO NOT GO TO THIS WALGREEN PHARMACY. Please go to a pharmacy that care for their customers health and well-being."
