Reviews of Pharmacy | Kaiser Permanente Euclid Medical Office
"Let me start by saying that I take no pride in leaving this review. I believe most companies have good days and bad days like the rest of the world. However, this situation crossed the line multiple times. I saw my physician on the 30th of October, and he prescribed medication that apparently can't be found anywhere. I originally ordered it out of La Habra location because they had it in stock, but when I went to pick it up, somehow they were out. Then I had it re-ordered to the Euclid location on Friday the 3rd of November. They assured me that the medication would be in on the following Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. The app just showed there was an error with my medication. I called on Thursday and spoke on the phone with a gentleman for an hour making sure that all of the details were perfect. He called various locations and finally located a branch that had the medication in stock, but limited supply. I was prescribed a 3-month supply of the medication but they were unable to fill that. I was assured multiple times from the gentleman on the phone that the co-pay was based on each month supply. Since they could only give me 1 month, it was supposed to go from $15 down to $5. He even said he discussed that with the the Yorba Linda location where I was going to pick up the medication and they confirmed this to be true. The very next day, on the 10th of November (today) and I show up to get my medication and they said whether I get one pill or 90 pills it's a fee of $15. I paid the $15 and called the Euclid location back to see what happened. Of course, hold times are an hour and 15 minutes, so I have to work through my lunch break to make sure I don't miss their return call. As expected, they call me half way through my lunch break and there's nothing they can do. I pointed out that this was an error from their recommendation and the lady on the phone told me she would have a supervisor reach out. I specifically tell her I missed my lunch break because I was waiting for her call and to have him call me back between 3-5 PM so I can take my lunch. Mind you, I was speaking to her at 1:45 PM. She assures me she will let them know to call me between 3-5. I reiterate, I am immediately going on my lunch break because I missed it for this call. She assures me again, he will reach out between 3-5. I get a call at 2:07 PM from Steve the supervisor, who left a voicemail saying he'll call back at 2:30 PM and never called back. The lack of communication, knowledge, or professionalism is unacceptable. The sad part is - I get to call back on Monday where they'll probably accept no responsibility, do nothing, and I will have wasted several more hours of my life. Let me be clear - my issue is not the $15 co-pay. My issue is that I'm told one thing directly from their staff that is blatantly false and there is no accountability on their part. If I had known how much of a nightmare this would be I would have just waited weeks for them to finally have my medication in stock and received my full 90 day supply. Please heed these warnings. There is a very clear reason this location has a 2 star rating."
"This pharmacy closes at 5pm every weekday."
"Front desk pharmacy staff are nice and efficient. The pharmacists themselves are rude, do not listen, condescending, breach HIPAA and have alot of attitude. The Garden Grove pharmacy is so much better."
"You say you close at 7 and even the system and someone on the phone told me as well and you close at 5"
