"The operators there don't really care about their patients, I couldn't even get to speak to a pharmacist because the lady who answered the phone decided she knew more. A complete waste of time, save your effort. and just for the owner..... I called plenty of pharmacies, yes. and I subsequently left poor reviews of the pharmacies that did nothing to help, when I called and clearly asked for help. My medication is clearly in short supply, so asking for some simple help shouldn't be such a chore for whoever you have answering your phones. The review stands as it is reflective of my experience."

"I’ve been through three or four pharmacies over the last few years due to various issues. My doctor recommended Procare after my last pharmacy didn’t want to assist me because they were “losing money” on one of my prescriptions, eventhough I offered to pay cash to offset their loss. Anyways, since my first experience Procare has been a dream! The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. They never make you feel like a bother and they have always treated me with respect- whether I call the pharmacy or am there in person. The pharmacist ensures I understand my new medications, when to take them, and possible side effects. They are truly kind people that love what they do. I drive 30 minutes to use this pharmacy, and am happy to do so. I’m happy to support a small family owned business versus those large chain pharmacies any day!"
