"While the store and employees are very nice, I'm disgusted with the online shopping experience. I am trying to shop for delivery but their website never works correctly. There should be a section where I can enter the item I want, rather than having to scroll through all the items in that department. This is one reason I shop mostly at Ralph's and sprouts rather than Vons. Fix your website PLEASE!!!"

"Love the pharmacy! Always great service, very personable, kind and sweet and patient with elderly customers. Almost no line and easy to park. Prices are at least as good as most and better than many. While we are there pick up groceries too, they have great produce, always well stocked, love the bakery!"
"Von's Pharmacy is the most accessible pharmacy I've ever used. I called about a drug recall this morning, the Pharmacist on duty checked with the FDA and is ordering another medication for me. If ten stars were a available, I'd give them a TEN!!"
"Refilled prescription like i always do.(3 meds) I left and found out a week later that i only had 2. I called the pharmacy and the only thing they said, the medicine i was missing was on back order. No apology of any kind although this was my high blood pressure med and i am 3000 miles away. Not even an offer to pay for Fed Ex. This is my last time using this store pharmacy and switch to another one that has stricter quality control in place."
