"I don't understand why use the KP app. for perception refill if you still have to wait in the check in line then wait again for the pick-up line. WASTE OF TIME I put my refill in through the app. the day before."

"Tuseday On 8/9/22 If I could I would have gave them no stars worst kaiser pharmacy ever. I put my 9 prescription in at 8:35a.m and didn't receive them till 9:41a m. There was only one pharmacist working and I checked after 15 minutes and they still haven't worked on my prescription. And patient that check in there prescription after me got them before me. I just think because I had so many prescriptions. He took the patient that had fewer prescriptions to be ordered he filled them first. Cause when I checked in my prescription he hadn't even started on mine. No wonder why I travel farther to murrieta to get my prescriptions filled.shaking my head."

"I recently picked up my prescription at the pharmacy, only 4 pills. But there was a fifth different type of pill apparently accidentally in my bottle. Of course I did not take it since that pill was not a medication prescribed for me. So carefully check your pills with with webmd or drugs.com before taking and compare with what medication has been prescribed on your prescription. Extra pill pictured"

"Went to Kaiser Pharmacy today. Usually have to circle the parking lot trying to find a parking space. Not today, many spots to choose from and right close to the front door. Usually have to wait in a long line. Not today, walked right in and up to the counter. Phone in order sometimes not ready. Not today, both prescriptions for my wife and I were ready to go. Pharmacy tech Marlon was very pleasant and had me on my way in just a couple of minutes. All in all a great day."
