"The pharmacy is hit and miss regarding service and stock levels for pain meds and service. Come in at noon your told, unfortunately when I get there I’m waiting for an additional 20-30 minutes. Just a guess but there staff looks light, another wild guess, maybe there staff is taking their lunch break. A second issue even more aggravating is there lack of stock, of pain meds. This complaint falls at the feet of the manager/person who is responsible for of maintaining appropriate stock levels. If he/she can’t do their job, there’s always a need for food servers or ditch diggers. The quality of my life is determined by my pain relief meds and other associated medications! When waiting a few days every month and I’ve taken my meds as prescribed as I always do, I’m out of meds. It also changes the date of my next refill. This causes me more inconvenient trips to this Pharmacy, pure INCOMPETENCE ! To. count on CVS as my part my health solution is laughable, they are the weakest link in maintaining any quality of life while living in a world of pain. Just for the record I/my insurance spend tens of thousands of dollars at CVS on medications over the course of a year. I’m researching other alternatives to this mismanaged excuse of a pharmacy and I promise it won’t be another CVS pharmacy....Ultimately CVS will be the looser, if their in business for a profit."
