"The medicine shoppe riverside has overall been a great experience. There are a few exceptions, but first let me give big kudos to Ray who always makes sure I have my medication and always goes the extra mile to ensure that I am taken care of. Also in the excellent column would be Brianna who at one point worked through a complicated workers comp authorization and kept me informed the whole way. She fixed the problem. Yessica, who has also been awesome, helped me through much the same thing. All of these people recognize me and are always giving top notch service. There have been some mistakes made by some of the staff who, in my opinion, perhaps are or at least were undertrained. They did their best but to give one example of something that has happened many times is that my order(s) I was told were in, only to drive down there and find that they were not. One tech saw that my medication was authorized on the computer screen, and told me the medication was in. So again, I drove down there (once I went down and back three times-an apparent mistake made by undertrained staff) to find that my much needed heart medicine wasn't in. They were still very gracious, and apologetic for the error, but I still went without my medication. It seems as though the staff needs to be more thoroughly trained. Through no fault of their own, they made mistakes. I'm sure the management recognizes that all staff need to be trained equally well so that customers have the confidence that their orders are being filled efficiently and in a timely manner. Overall they do a great job, especially Ray, Brianna, and Yessica. I will certainly give 5 stars once it is apparent these errors are corrected Update. There have been zero problems after this initial posting. They, especially Ray, always treats us as a priority and we so appreciate it. Well done."

"My mother, Marie Strickland is on hospice. This pharmacy is absolutely the most kind and caring pharmacy. They travel a far distance to help my mother and my family. All the delivery staff are so sweet and compassionate. Great people!! Kind people. We don't have much kind anymore. But you will with everyone from the medicine shoppe. I guarantee it !!!!!!"

"I would give fewer stars if I could. They have repeatedly shown up at our house at around 9 pm, and later to make deliveries, we have made several requests to not make any deliveries after 6 pm. Every time they show up late, they disrupt our uncle with alzheimers and he is up all night cause of this. Can't comprehend how difficult it is for them to comply with this simple request. They obviously don't care enough about their customers enough to take simple request seriously. Especially when its such a big inconvenience for us."

"Employees were nice, Rey was very helpful and patient, even though I got here as they were closing, they still help me out. Getting the vaccine didn’t take long at all, obviously, in less than 1 minute I had the vaccine and I was out of there. It took me longer to check in lol Place is nice, they need more supplies because it does look at little empty, and they can clean up a little bit more but overall, I like this little pharmacy. Thank you Medicine Shoppe!"
