"I transferred my prescription out of this CVS Pharmacy y mas due to the troublesome experience that I had at this pharmacy. I had been with this pharmacy from January 2023 to November 2023, but could no longer deal with the numerous mistakes that this pharmacy had made. While one of my prescription had not expired nor out of refills, this pharmacy had twice contacted my doctor for more refills. The prescription did not expired until September 12, 2023 and had two refills left, but the pharmacy already sent out a request for a new prescription on April 27, 2023. When I realized the pharmacy had made these questionable prescription requests and asked for an explanation, the pharmacist told me that these were just common "system errors". In order to save time, I will not give a detailed account of the frustrating phone calls and in person conversations that I had with the pharmacy technicians and pharmacists at this pharmacy until the pharmacist finally accepted that these errors had occurred. The pharmacy had been inconsistent with the quantity given per refill even when my prescription had been the same for many years. For example, a pharmacist gave me a partial refill (1/3 of the full quantity) without notifying me on the day that I made a refill request nor giving me any counseling when I came to pick up the medication. Another time, while my doctor wrote on the prescription for "three bottles", I was only given "two bottles" and a refund transaction had to be made (I still had the refund receipt) to correct this mistake. The pharmacy made several mistakes with the days supply. One day, my daughter came to help me pick up my medication. The pharmacist on consultation duty that day was the manager. When being told that there was a mistake with the days supply, the manager gave a complicated explanation on CVS insurance policy making my daughter felt overwhelmed and confused. When my daughter finally told her that this was a repeated mistake that one of the pharmacist had corrected before for this same medication, she abruptly gave a new pamphlet with the correction, but spoke no further about the issue. The manager's attitude was annoyed and unapologetic as if she was doing the patient a favor for correcting the mistake that an employee in her pharmacy had made. I am tired of having to make many trips back to the pharmacy every time to have them make a correction and no longer trust this careless pharmacy."

It’s a long story but he saved our lives calling our pharmacy in Utah 4 minutes before it closed and got a prescription sent over so our son with a really bad ear infection could get antibiotics before the night and our flight in the morning. He got us a discount, he was extremely proficient in his interpersonal communication and he was so empathetic. Great experience."
