"I had my first appointment with Dr. Moon today and I just have to say what a brilliant and caring doctor he is. I have seen my fair share of psychiatrist in my day and he far exceeds them all. With a calm and soothing voice and demeanor he let me talk and get what I needed to share out first. Then he had a game plan (within a minute of me finishing) that I felt very comfortable with. I can already tell he is definitely going to be someone I see for a long time. I also want to make mention of his staff. Stephanie who is his medical assistant or nurse called me a few days before my appt to get my information down and was so pleasant to speak to as well. I felt very comfortable talking to her about personal things just only knowing her for 10 minutes. She is that warm and friendly you feel like you've known her for years...right off the bat! And last BUT def not least, Carrie in the office was a HUGE help. I had called to see if i could fit in a few days early and unfortunately there was no way. I did ask her if anyone called to cancel if she could contact me. Well low and behold she did and I was able to get in 2 days earlier allowing for me to get one of my medications refilled on time so I didn't run out. Usually in my experience when you ask Dr offices to contact you when there are cancelations it never happens. But she remembered me and took the time to make it happen! Kudos to you all!
