"unfortunately they have not improved the place by much. they have installed led lights but, the parking lot still floods the hot water goes out about 2 times a month there is always debris in the parking lot to cause slow leaks in your tires and they will often threaten to charge people for cluttered and dirty patios or indoor furniture on out door areas but, it never changes. the garbage pick up often skips buildings but, it is not their fault because they contract that out to another company. the topper is the mailboxes are always getting broken into so if you have anything important being sent to you be sure to get it from the mail person directly. the office people are nice but, they don't have any real say in how the place is run, the real issue is the new management company."

"poor management right now, poor peoples skills....very rude, mistreat's the mentally & physically disabled......maintenance person doing managements job....harassing their disabled tenants. Also the maintenance is constantly harassing tenants and evicting tenants without probable cause without giving tenants any kind of warning in writing......they're violating tenants rights and abusing "HUD" program for their own use.......they're are going on hear say without proof or evidence of false alleged accusations of other tenants that cause trouble and harass good tenants.A good outstanding, law abiding citizen with a great name should never move into these apartments bcuz of it's bad reputation as low income housing for families."

"I have been trying to get an application for 3 months. The number listed on the office door and the web site is out of service due to non-payment. I was told that i would be able to have an application sent to me and still 3 weeks later I do not have one. I just want to know if any one works there? If there is no manager on site can anyone tell me where the managers office is. I have been going by for 3 month and have yet seen anyone in the office."
