"I’ve been to the pharmacy here 3 times in the past few months and my experience unfortunately matches many of the other reviews here, which was not good."

"When the pharmacy staff goes to lunch, the entire staff goes. Unfortunately, we arrived as they walked out the door. So, we had to wait 45min for them to return & then another 45min for them to process our prescriptions. This is the dirtiest & rudest Walgreens we’ve ever been too. You’d expect his store in a rough-N-tumble neighborhood, where there is violence, no one has health insurance & no one has money. Unfortunately for Walgreens, this area is one of USA’s wealthiest communities. This store won’t last much longer. We’ve been going to Walgreens for 12+ years. Now we’ll be going CVS Pharmacy & it’s closer to us. Yay"

"I popped in here to find some bandages for my daughter who had smashed her finger in the door on our way to a party. The store looks a lot longer from the inside than it does from the outside. Everything you'd expect to find in a pharmacy is here. The person who rang me up was very friendly, as well as helpful. Some of the shelves look like they needed to be restocked, but it was late on a Thursday afternoon. Perhaps they restock on Fridays. All I know is that I had a good experience at this store."

"One of the medicines were back order at CVS! I stopped by Walgreens and the pharmacist manager, Tricia she was very helpful and caring. She called the hospital and spent some time on the phone to request the medicine to be sent to Walgreens. I appreciate your help and caring about the patients."

"If I could give less than one star I would. This pharmacy has gone so far downhill. New staff lacks competence and provides erroneous information and are unwilling or unable to provide the services I am requesting. Between not processing the prescription savings club correctly to blaming me for MULTIPLE credit cards not going through rather than addressing that it was likely their computer system that is the problem (while at the same time their phones are down and computers are crashing). They are rude and condescending. I used to be extremely loyal to Walgreens pharmacies as a whole but I will have to reconsider this stance based on recent experiences. I would look elsewhere if you are seeking reliable, quality customer service."
