"This pharmacy texted my wife to come pick up her prescription. When she arrived she was informed it was not ready and would not be in stock for 5 months. This negligence is having a direct impact on her health since she now has to go without her prescription until her doctor sends it to a new pharmacy. Simply informing us the prescription was out of stock through text or call could have avoided a lot pain"
"Costco pharmacy - high volume pharmacy but staff does their best to provide excellent and - most important - ACCURATE customer service in meeting Rx needs. Best prices anywhere on behind the counter OTC meds like Sudafed. Provide text notifications when Rx is ready. Best COVID injection by a pharmacist ever! (50 year RN knows a good shot!)"
